The first UK location of the Dubai-based specialty coffee brand Saddle Café has opened in Knightsbridge, London.
Mohammed Al Falasi, the founder of Saddle Café, stated that the action demonstrates the company’s dedication to promoting Arabian coffee on a global scale.
“I’m excited to introduce Saddle Café to the London market. This growth marks an important turning point in Saddle Café’s history and demonstrates its dedication to spreading its love of great coffee across borders. We are excited to serve our specialty coffee in a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere in one of the most vibrant and cosmopolitan cities in the world—London,” he said.
Saddle Café began as a food truck in 2017 and now has 14 locations in the United Arab Emirates, specializing in specialty coffee and meals to go.
Saddle Café’s second overseas market is the UK, where its London location debuted soon after the brand made its French debut in August 2023 with an outpost in Cannes.
After Coffee Planet and Filli, which run lone locations in Cardiff and London, respectively, Saddle Café is now the third Emirati-branded coffee chain to operate in the UK’s 9,900-store branded coffee shop market.
Before the end of 2023, Saddle Café, situated in Dubai, is anticipated to launch its first location in Saudi Arabia.
